In an effort to meet the needs of our members we will be rolling out a temporary Winter 2016 -2017 schedule starting the week of December 12, 2016.


Instead of having classes at different times each day, we will have classes at the same times Monday through Friday. So you’ll have the same times available on Wednesdays now too!


The schedule is as follows:

General hours:

545am – 1230 pm

closed from 12:30 – 3:30 pm

330pm – 730pm

Open gym access will be allowed at all times while we are open, but may not be actively coached.
