Christina running the "L" agility sprints yesterday. Agility is one of the 10 components of fitness, and requires the integration of speed, power, and balance in order to efficiently change the body's position. These sprints are a great way to work on your agility.

The Will Kuenzel Strength Foundation Seminar will be held today.  The gym will be closed for those not attending the seminar.  For everyone else there will be a workout at CrossFit Carolina Beach.  Get to CCB at 11:45 ready to put in some work!  Other than that, enjoy your weekend and we’ll see ya on Monday.
