86 – 65lbs
60 – 95lbs
50 – 115lbs
42 – 135lbs
36 – 155lbs
30 – 185lbs
25 – 205lbs

*These are G2O.  Utilize some version of the Snatch to complete this workout.

In subplementum…
5 rounds at 75% effort…
10 T2B
10 Reverse Wall Ball – 20lbs

Olympic Weightlifting
Hang Power Snatch + 2 OHS x 5
Snatch Pulls (focus on transition) 3 x 3
Snatch Push Press 3 sets of 5 reps
* work up to no more than 95/65
GHD Sit-ups 3 x 15- feel free to add weight

    I may take Heavy Isabel out for a spin since the G-Men locked down another Super Bowl. It may take me awhile but let’s do this. That could be the euphoria from the Giants win talking!

    Great turnout and performance this morning. I think we had 16 people at the 5:30 class. Good work by Sara, Albert and Walt playing with the split snatch.

    Thanks for showing us how to work on that one this morning Tanner. It was one of the first times that i consistently felt like I was doing an oly lift correctly and not just shoulder and muscling through it. 🙂

    @Sara – we only have to stick around because you are doing the majority of this workout at weights the guys do. How can we not stand around and cheer you on? Plus, if you back down on weights you smoke us all. 😉
