CFW has 2 new instructors! Introducing Tanner Martin and Chrissy Denoyer.
Tanner is a recent graduate of UNC with a degree in exercise science. He’s been an instructor at CFW each summer since 2009. So this is more of a reintroduction of Tanner. While at school, he was an instructor at CrossFit Local, Chapel Hill. Tanner has been a member of our CrossFit Games affiliate team in 2010 and 2011. It’s easy to confuse him with Caleb. If you do, don’t sweat it… they’re used to it.
Chrissy and her husband moved here from California a few months ago. Chrissy was an instructor at CrossFit SoCal before moving to Carolina. She is Level 1 certified, Basic Barbell certified, and Olympic Lifting certified.
There will only be one beach WOD today at 6:15 AM. If you can make it bring your goggles and meet us at the Oceanic Pier. The gym will open at 8 AM to accommodate this workout.
