Scott, Logan, and the rest of the guys in the 5:45 class working through box steps on yesterday's chipper. Some workouts require just as much mental toughness as they do physical strength. Forcing yourself to not drop the weight yesterday was just as much of a challenge as any of the movements in the workout. Good work to all who finished!

Hey. I saw and heard about the Master’s results. Nice work guys. I’m going to be in town at the end of the month (April 28th) for a little while and I’m sure I’ll be by the gym every day. Way to represent and see you later

I got raffle tickets for a Glock 19 9mm, the raffle is being held for the NHCSO K-9 Unit, and the $ goes to dog trials and training. The tickets are 10 bucks a piece, you do not have to be present to win, and I think the drawing is in late April/early May. I will be at the gym on Thurs. 9ish-10, Fri. 830ish-10. I will also have them this weekends Alastar class at Ant Hill.
