We are holding our 5th Annual Turkey Loop Run (TLR) this Friday at The Loop on Wrightsville Beach at 8:00am. The TLR is a run around the loop with sub-tasks along the way. Example: Each team member completes 10 push ups at each speed limit sign or 12 air squats at each intersection. In years past, teams have been given an item to carry along the way. It is a lot of fun. Come join us. Bring your friends and family!
