Awesome job Jordan, hard work and dedication pay off!

This Friday from 10am to 4pm, Dr. Tseh from UNCW Exercise science department will be helping conduct a dexa scan study. Participants are needed and takes only about 20 minutes. I participated today and all you have to do is go in and have one scan performed, drink a bottle of water, then another scan. Simple and best part you get to see the breakdown of tissue and lean mass. For more information feel free to contact me via email at mlh8864@uncw.edu. Great opportunity for those interested in another method of their body fat analysis!

Thanks, guys! Everyone at CFW is awesome, both members and staff. Thanks for all the inspiration, motivation, and great advice. I’m hooked for life.

Jordan came to me about a month ago to talk about how to eat. We talked about what and how much he should eat each day as well as a few basic supplements to take to help him along the way. Through nothing more than Paleo diet plus some fish oil, and following CFW programming 5 days per week Jordan has seen great results. Anyone else can do the same by putting in the effort. Congrats Jordan!

Jordan! I remember your intro all too well 6 weeks ago. You have made great gains in such little time! You are setting the bar high for your coworkers now… In a few weeks you are really going to see even greater results. Keep up the good work!

Jordan trains hard, AND with a huge opstacle…he has a shoulder injury. If you think about it, having limited shoulder movement pretty much effects every upper body movement we do. Jordan not ONCE opts to duck out of WODs, he constantly modifies and tweaks our workouts so he can continue to train as hard and as strong as he possobly can. Never an excuse, always drive and motivation! Its awesome. Good job Jordan

Whole Foods is open! Woo hoo! Lots of good sales going on. The bison steaks look amazing, and they’re cheaper than at Carolina Farmin’. Ladies – a lot of the beauty products are 30% off.
