We’ve outgrown our current space a little sooner than expected. It is time we shed our old skin and cover ourselves new.
We are very happy to announce our move to the new facility. Tomorrow (Wednesday 17 OCT) we will begin the move to 2020 Capital Drive. Located in Murrayville Station on North College Road, the new space is over 17,000sq ft. The CrossFit program will have over 7,000sq ft. of training area and Wilmington Strength will get more than 3,000sq ft. Joro Yoga will enjoy a 1,000sq ft. quiet room located in the front and upstairs portion of the building. This building has 16 offices. In addition to Josh finally getting his own office, we are converting two of them to male and female locker/shower rooms. One will become a sauna room, one for massage therapy, and one for a break/TV room. It has 6 bathrooms… 2 female, 2 male, and 2 unisex. Upstairs there are two large conference rooms we will make classrooms.
We’ve been a bit pressed for space the past few months, but no longer! This move will undoubtedly take CFW, WSC, and Joro to the next level. We already provide Wilmington with the highest quality CrossFit, Weightlifting, and strength training. This move insures us the room to grow and expand our services.

We will begin the move on Tomorrow (Wednesday) morning around 8am. If you want a light workout, the WOD will be “Help Load / Unload”. We certainly welcome any help getting the gear to the new space. We don’t expect something for nothing… anyone who gives us a hand with the move will get 10% off any supplements purchased during October and November.
Joro Yoga Classes will be at the current space at the regularly scheduled times.
