Trigger Point Massage

At each class time, we are giving Trigger Point / Myofacial Release self massage class. 
Bring a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, or Kong dog toy ball.  It’s the cheapest best thing you can do for yourself.

    Thought I’d post this link from Marks Daily Apple for some awesome paleo bars. I tweaked a few things around and used macadamia nuts instead of pecans, cut out the honey, added cinnamon and some protein powder ,since there pretty low on protein. I’ve made a few batches already and they taste awesome. And better yet there really easy to make. If you scroll down to the comments someone has already broken down all the macro-nutrients, plus any protein you added.

    DC, I think it was based on how many people commented on the vid…? am I right? Pretty damned impressive that CFW got 3rd tho!!

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu today everybody!! Guys AND GIRLS!! We will be drilling basics for a good while and then light rolling to work those basics under some pressure, DON’T BE SKEERED!

    The video contest was on number and a vague critieria by an “anonymous panel of Crossfit HQ staff”.

    Their vid covered what Fight Gone Bad the workout is, but didn’t do a very good job conveying what the fundraiser was for.

    The judging criteria should’ve been more defined. It’s difficult not to be biased, but I’m not sure how we got third to the 1st and 2nd.

    Either way, Ryan did a bada** job on the video. It captured the meaning of why we do the fundrasier. Thank Ryan!

    Joe and I are having a baby BOY! We’re already getting his training regimen together for CF Games 2021. We figure at 10 he will be able to at least DL 800 pounds.

    Oltarsound should very LARGE boy (if you know what I mean), doing the Oly warm up, and finishing with some SQUATS.
