Aren’t those the same tights Zeke wore at regionals last year? Ouch… sorry Cody, I went too far.

Seriously, the class tonight will very educational. I will go in depth about insulin and how it contributes to fat gain and inhibits fat loss. I will also cover popular terms, like glycemic index and glycemic load.

So much of todays diet and nutrition information is generalizations and summary that mislead and misinform us. If you have an understanding of what each type of food does to your glucose levels and relative insulin levels, you will understand why I recommend you don’t eat bananas or apples while trying to lose weight.

The lean out competition is underway and we have numerous folks who’ve lost 15lbs or more and quite a few at 8-10lbs lost. If you’re trying to lose weight, I urge you come tonight.

The Nutrition Nexus Courses are no cost to our BioSig clients.
