2 min Squat Hold (below parallel)
2 min Front Plank
2 min Reverse Hyper Hold
2 min Side Plank (alternate between right and left as needed)

    The Beach Workout was fun. Thanks to everyone for coming out.

    At the request of the morning crew, next week we’re going to run an AM and a PM beach workout.

    6:15 AM and 6:15 PM start times.

    Ladies: the next Brunch of Badassery/CFW Breakfast Club will be Sunday, 19 June. We will be eating at Crow Hill, located at 9 S. Front Street in beautiful and scenic downtown ILM. Time is TBD, but it will probably be early, if possible, so that people can go about their Sunday activities. If you’re interested, hit me up here, the gym, or on FB. I will post this every few days so that people are aware.

    Men: the next feast of being awesome will be always. We will not plan it, we live it. Keep being awesome and eat cute animals often. I don’t care if you’re interested or not, since we aren’t planning it, but don’t be a wuss and be sure to lift heavy things and grunt daily. That is all. Our motto is “Do Awesome Shit Every Day”.

    Also, I can’t wait to go up to VA this weekend. I would say best of luck to our competitors, but that would only trivialize how hard you’ve all worked!
