Hey Guys take part in this seminar if at all possible. I attended Ed’s Pose seminar a while back and it Defiinately improved my mechanics and efficiency.i still suck, but better and some long lingering Achilles pain had been eliminated. He will help you improve your form.

After a series of bad injuries (broken femur and vertebrae included) I was not able to run. It was too painful. The less I ran, them more I lifted weights. I got bigger and running hurt worse. My first POSE clinic was with Brian Mackenzie of CF Endurance in 2008. POSE running made running painless. I started over and can knock out some pretty decent run times.

I met Ed Bugarin in 2011 when we both worked for MARSOC selection and assessment. Ed is one of the top POSE Coaches in the world. The guy is a machine. He trains with Dr. Romanov, the inventor of The POSE Method. Ed further tuned up my running technique and even improved how I ruck march. Even at 210lbs I maintain a sub 6 minute mile. In November, with little training, I knocked the run of the B2B Tri Half Distance Ironman with no pain. I was training again a day later.

This cliinic is a no sh*t way to make yourself better.

If you suck at running, hate running, or just want to run better, take the course.
