    For those of you on the fence about competing in Saturday’s March Madness we invite you to come out to watch and cheer us on. Competitions are a great experience to not only watch, but to meet and greet other crossfittters. There is something about our community that we are able to get together, have a blast and get smoked (or watch others get smoked- ha).

    Definitely come out! Even if you’re not competing, it is worth seeing crossfitters in regular clothes. It almost makes us human instead of creatures of self-destruction. ha. But seriously – please consider signing up. The events will cater to every fitness level – there is absolutely nothing to fear. Plus, you’ll be surprised what you are capable of doing when a crowd is cheering you on.

    Nice Work WWC crew!

    Competitions are fun. Those of you skeptical about competing, come watch how much fun it is. When I do Crossfit Competitions, I do them for fun. I know I am not the strongest/fastest, but I go out there and give it my all and have FUN. When you have people screaming words of encouragement at you, you will be surprised at what you can do. My first competition I ever did, I had to scale the weights and the workouts. At the end of the day, I still got a lot of praise/encouragement! The Crossfit community is a fun, loving, and very encouraging group/family! Come out Saturday to see what it is all about. It still is not too late to sign up! See you there.
