Once again I am thoroughly, yet pleasantly, humbled and surprised at the help we get in making CFW the facility it is. I’ve become used to, but in no way do I take for granted, the guys and girls who always show up to help. Thank you very much.

As for all the new bodies that showed up and gave a hand. I am very appreciative. I hope all of you know not to hesitate to ask if you need anything.

If you wanted to help with the move, but couldn’t today, we still a lot to do. That big scary skull… yeah, it has to be painted over.

But before we paint over it, Josh wants a pic of anyone and everyone in front of it. To be in the pic, be at the old gym at 4pm this Saturday. Bring a paint roller. ha.

I can’t wait for everyone to see the new place! Make no mistake….a move of this magnitude happening in one day is unheard of. Being closed for only one day is a gift to all of us. This is just another way of showing t’s, Josh’s and Cody’s commitment to our fitness community. The move was even planned on our active recovery/skill day – which for *ahem* many of you is an off day – to make sure everyone’s workout schedule remained intact. Props to all who helped!

Just so everyone knows, as I am sure a lot of you have had the question as I did. The giant crane in the end of the CFW side WORKS!! And it’s awesome.
