Obviously this workout is programmed in favor of not just the more powerful lifter, but also those who have put effort into becoming a better lifter. It also discourages the stronger lifter, with a disproportional amounts of reps, to sandbag and go with a lighter load in hopes of a better time with less effort. I.e., to do well on this workout, a lifter will have to lift the weight he/she is actually capable.
