Join national champion, Team USA member, and CFW head coach, Kimmy Lawrance to learn the basics of strongman training. You’ll learn how to use implements such as the log, atlas stones, yokes, and sleds. She’ll teach how to move efficiently and effectively through these movement to improve your overall fitness and training.
This course is designed to supplement and improve your CrossFit training. After all, CrossFit aims to be as broadly fit as possible. Lifting and carrying odd objects is not something that we get to do many days in our CrossFit classes, so this course is a must! Attendance is capped at 10 participants.
We will host a FREE preview class on January 27th at 5:30 pm. The course itself will meet on Wednesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:00 am.
