“Paleo Diet & Intense Workouts Halt Progress of MS”
by Si Cantwell

Whitney took control of her life and is healthier and happier than ever. Congratulations Whit, and thank you from all the CFW staff for allowing us to be part of your success!

When Whitney Ross Gray learned she had multiple sclerosis, doctors wanted to put her on medication.

Instead, she turned her back on modern medicine and found a path to good health by adopting a caveman’s diet and workouts.

In six months, she went from a dress size 14 to a size 4.

And just four months after starting the paleo diet and workouts at Crossfit Wilmington, an MRI showed zero disease progression and zero brain atrophy, she said.

Ross Gray has started Nutrisclerosis, a discussion group that focuses on reversing autoimmune diseases like multiple sclerosis.

Join Whitney at NutriSclerosis’s next discussion meeting this Tuesday, April 19th at 6:30pm downtown Wilmington at 128 South Events – 128 South Front St. Wilmington , NC.

I could train a million super studs for the CrossFIt Games, Weightlifting meets, even the Olympics and it wouldn’t match how happy it makes us to be part of the health successes, like Whitney’s, we’ve had at CFW.

Thanks to everyone of our members for being so receptive and patient with our guidance. The successes we’ve been part of don’t come from following an easy path or taking short cuts. The payoff is worth it.

    Thanks again.

Whitney, you’re a f***in badass. The best part of all of this is your passion and willingness to lead.

The world needs more people that act the way you act.

    That is all.

Whitney – what a great story! Something else makes your story even better – your positive, unshakeable belief in the course you have chosen. It is great to read about what others consider extreme being the solution for a serious health problem like yours.. Keep spreading the word, girl. I am proud to be in the same box as you!
