** There will not be a 1 minute rest period

    It’s a pleasure to gain new, motivated instructors. I’m proud we have the reputation as the Crossfit trainers want to be a part of. I’ve been lucky from the very beginning picking up the most talented and knowledgeable instructors in the biz.

    With each new staff member, CFW gains knowledge and experience we can pass on to our members. Instructors have their own personalities and ways of relating to members. The more of all we have, the greater our chances of reaching more members and improving their wellness and their lives.
