Tracy T. over 9 months pregnant and still doing many workouts as Rx. What's your excuse for not coming in?

In teams of 4 complete the following. . .
150 pullups
150 kb swings (24/16)
300 double unders
300 air squats

Olympic Weightlifting
Class at 9 am
We will be maxing on snatch and clean and jerk

    Thanks Team! CFW has helped me so much while being preggo! The support and encouragement has been awesome and I really enjoy being with the 6am crew! My best advice to anyone preg is GET MOVING!! Physically I feel great, gained 28 lbs and yes still rocking the wods belly and all! Oh and by the way I am 9months and 3 weeks:) one week left! Bring on Baby Harrison!!
