400 m Relay Run
2 Minutes AMRAP of  Thrusters (45 all)
400 m Relay Run
2 Minutes AMRAP of Pull-ups
400 m Relay Run
2 Minutes AMRAP of Burpees
400 M Relay
2 Minutes AMRAP of KB Swings (24/16)

* One person working at a time for each exercise
