In teams of 2, complete the following for time:

Prowler Push 300m (to end of cul de sac) (+30,+0)
100 Air Squats
50 Push Ups
Prowler Push 300m (back to gym)
30 Thrusters (45lb all)
20 Toes To Bar

*You may alternate sets of air squats and push ups. Both partners may work at the same time.
