Recognizing our fallen with a workout is admirable… but it does little for them. Sadly, the VA and gov’t assistance a wounded vet receives is sh*t. Our elected leaders have no problems giving money away to people who provide nothing to our culture or society, but they won’t take care of the men and women who get busted up serving whatever agenda it is we have overseas. Donate 5 bucks to Raising Raiders or other honorable charity and make up for a wrong our politicians can’t seem to right.

Emily and Will… there are two great examples of progress and results!!! If any of you were present the day I “chatted” with Will last summer about motivation and effort you know I kind of dug into his a** a little. I felt bad about it (a little) until I saw him killing it from that day on! Good stuff both of ya.
