Don’t forget, next week Dr. McGraw will be coming in on Wednesday at 7pm, for an injury prevention seminar.  Take advantage of this free event.  Also, we will be closed on Saturday because we are hosting a level 1 certification course, so plan accordingly.

    Jeremy – thanks for link., orange chicken is on the menu for tonight. Yesterday I made the acorn squash, chicken soup from the website and it was REALLY good. It is a bit of a PIA to peel uncooked acorn squash, i may bake them first next time to make that step easier.

    Made the orange chicken last night, it’s fantastic. Word of warning, the garlic chili sauce is on the spicy side so if you don’t like too it hot dont add too much to the cauliflower rice.
