Ben and Sara topped the Total yesterday. Sara secure the third highest female pull at CFW with 310lbs and Ben, the third male at 525lbs.
A huge mention of Kelly L. on pulling 270lbs!  The ladies were killing it yesterday.

Our first timers on the Total hit very good weights.  Our strength phase earned serious lbs on their lifts.  While they’re capable of more, we stop them short for their safety.
