Our website has always been a source of excellent information on nutrition and training. We put quite a bit of effort in the site… our everyday posting of workouts and articles is another part of our overall service and an extension of our quality.     For those interested, Crossfit Integrity is hosting a 2-day competition on October 6-7. The event takes place on a battleship located in the Charleston Harbor…pretty cool! They just announced the first wod: http://vimeo.com/48774069

    Very cool new layout. All of the changes happening on my off week. 🙂 I like how you guys are going to now split WOD’s from articles. I think that will be very cool but, don’t let off on giving us the great reading material weekly outside of just what workout we are doing. I know that you won’t but, just saying it would be greatly missed. 🙂
