Today, Ed Bugarin will be at CrossFit Wilmington to put on another POSE running clinic. The clinic will run from 11am-4pm.

Ed is a Level III POSE Running coach and the first Level II POSE Triathlon coach. He received his POSE technique coaching training directly from Dr. Romanov, the founder and inventor of the POSE techniques.  He is formerly of the Special Operations community (retired Sergeant Major from the Army’s tier one unit) and has completed many of the world’s most demanding races, including The Eco-Challenge Borneo. If you don’t know what you’re doing wrong how can you correct your mistakes?  The clinic will provide video analysis to improve technique and provide instant feedback for correction.  It is one of the most effective methods to enhance learning.

Whether you are a runner, cyclist or a swimmer, video analysis can help you reach your potential through learning proper technique.

– Video of your current technique.
– Classroom training on the theory of Pose Method of movement.
– Analysis of your current technique to identify errors.
– Intervention Training.
– Post Intervention Video and Analysis.

The Clinic is expected to last 4-5 hours.
Cost is $125.00. This includes a CD with your pre and post videos.

    It’s been said CFW makes monsters… well, nothing’s changed. Congrats to Marcie and Lidia. They have both earned spots to compete in California.

    It appears CFW Team A has secured a spot at Regionals again this year.

    They’ve all been training their asses off. Their discipline and commitment is exemplary.
