Ed is Level III POSE Running coach and the first Level II POSE Triathlon coach. He received his POSE technique coaching training directly from Dr. Romanov, the founder and inventor of the POSE techniques.  He is formerly of the Special Operations community (retired Sergeant Major from the Army’s tier one unit) and has completed many of the world’s most demanding races, including The Eco-Challenge Borneo.  Read more about Ed here.

If you don’t know what you’re doing wrong how can you correct your mistakes?  The clinic will provide video analysis to improve technique and provide instant feedback for correction.  It is one of the most effective methods to enhance learning.

Whether you are a runner, cyclist or a swimmer, video analysis can help you reach your potential through learning proper technique.

– Video of your current technique.
– Classroom training on the theory of Pose Method of movement.
– Analysis of your current technique to identify errors.
– Intervention Training.
– Post Intervention Video and Analysis.

The Clinic is expected to last 4 hours and the available spots are limited.
Cost is $100.00. This includes a CD with your pre and post videos.

    For you Aaron, it is… and the weights are doubled and run is a 5k. Only b/c you took more time away from the gym when your wife had Quinn than Amanda did when she actually gave birth to Hank. Ha.

    Get your boy Thomas to do it with ya… his Vegas trip qualifies him for the same.

    Yesterdays afternoon classes were killing those cleans! Great job Jesse. I agree, Meagan, Jesse takes instrustion so well! AND she does it with a smile on her face, always. I wish I was that pleasant in the gym!!
