With advent of the hybrid running / obstacle course races, CrossFitters now have a new fun way to test their fitness.  But showing up to an O course race without ever getting on a course can be intimidating.  So… CFW gets time on a real Obstacle Course.  It’s fun, challenging and a great workout.

WE GOT AN OLY PLATFORM OVER HERE!!!!!!! Its homemade but they did a good job…Funny thing is you should see people walk by it trying to figure it out. Its the little things, like when you find a 20 in you coat pocket…BONUS!!!!

Hi No Good, glad to read you’re doing well! I have another discussion group coming up on Tuesday 04/19 at 128 S Events at 6:30 p.m. It’s free and we are talking about using exercise and nutrition to control autoimmune issues. CFW’s esteemed Josh Edwards is the speaker this time! Yay Josh! I started a facebook page with a lot of info until my web site launches. http://www.facebook.com/nutrisclerosis so check that out if you get a chance.

Anyone thinking about doing the Oly course ……DO IT! It is addictive and fun and will convince you that form over speed wins every time. Once you have the form, then the speed will follow. That applies to everything.

Scott: As soon as baseball season ends, I’m all in. Just too tough coaching a 10 YO and helping out with an 8 YO. Can’t wait to throw around some weight and to try to keep up with you guys. You all are truly inspiring. Love it.
