This is a 6 week long program for both experienced obstacle course racers that want to improve their performance AND for beginners that are preparing for their very first race.  The training program begins Wednesday August 3rd and ends Wednesday September 7th.

The classes will be held Wednesday mornings from 9-10am, primarily at CrossFit Wilmington, but we may do a session at a park to prepare for terrain work (and getting dirty). It also includes 2-3 days of running “homework” to improve your aerobic capacity to optimize your race performance.

We may open a PM class if there is enough interest.

Some of the things you can expect from this program include:

  • Improve strength and endurance
  • Getting comfortable with many of the obstacles you’re most likely to face such as walls, ropes, bars, carries, and drags
  • Getting efficient and moving through the obstacles to improve your time
  • Instruction and supervision by experienced Obstacle Course Racers and CrossFit Coaches


The cost of the program is $85 and no monthly CrossFit membership is required. The maximum number of participants is 15 so don’t delay, grab your spot today and prepare to dominate your upcoming obstacle course race!
