Nutrition Coaching – learn what to eat and why

Our nutrition program is designed to develop a healthy relationship with food. We want you to understand how different types of food affect your health and body composition, but without layering on the stress of “dieting.” We will help you sort out fact from fiction when it comes to nutrition and give you a plan that you can carry with you indefinitely, making positive lifestyle changes. Diet is such an ugly word. It brings to light many negative connotations of withholding and being miserable. We are NOT that program. It’s hard to figure out where to begin on a new diet or nutrition plan that’s why we are here to help.

Nutrition success at CrossFit Wilmington

1- Initial Consult- $79

Call this Nutrition 101. It is designed to give you basic knowledge on how different elements of nutrition affect your body. You’ll learn the basics of macronutrient breakdowns and how each is utilized in your body.

Includes: A 45 minute meeting with our coach, Includes 1 InBody composition scan to give you baseline metrics, current diet assessment,  food choice list, and personalized macronutrient and calorie breakdown.


2- Monthly Coaching – $50 per month

This program is for those who have gone through one of our other programs and would like continued accountability tracking. We will meet once monthly to go over food logs and scan using the InBody scanner and make adjustments accordingly.

You will also have access to your coach electronically to track your food logs and upload progress pictures along the way.
