    That web site is really good! I am making like 3 recipes off there today. And whoever left the health-bent link on here a while ago, thank you for that one! The pork fried ‘rice’ on there is now a staple at our house. Thank you to everyone from CFW and from Crossfit Coastal (yes, there were some guys from CFC there last night, I suspect they read this blog regularly and thank god because it got them to my group!) who came out last night. It was a great night, great energy and lots of positive communication. My next discussion group is 04/19 and the topic will be: exercise! Again with an emphasis on people with Auto Immune issues because they need to be exercising more than anyone.
