We are excited to kick off our Couch to Crossfit season here at CFW and we invite you to take the first steps to a stronger you.
Couch to Crossfit is an all encompassing 4 week program that will teach you the fundamentals of Crossfit, including nutrition.
We will equip you to reach your goals mentally and physically. Do you want to lose fat, become stronger, love yourself again?

For less than you spend on your daily coffee at Starbucks or your gym membership that you don’t use, you can make a significant change to your wellbeing, your strength, your mobility and more.
In a small group training environment, you will work closely with others who have similar goals to you.
You don’t need any Crossfit experience; No gym experience required, no fancy clothes or booty shorts necessary. We will meet weekly for a workout, you will leave with a sense of accomplishment and some homework to help with nutrition and mobility. We will provide free support, accountability with your own dedicated wellness coach throughout the program.
