Crossfit
Today we will be opening the classes to all members for full-body myofascial relase.  If you have not yet attended one of these classes, do yourself a favor and come on in and loosen up your tight and sore muscles.

We will run classes at 9 am, 11 am and 4 pm.

Olympic Weightlifting
3 position Snatch (high, knee, floor) x 1 x 3 at 70%
2 Position Clean (high,knee) x 1 x 4 up to 135/95
