CFW to Offer Child Care

[/box_header] [box_content]

Beginning Monday, February 4th we will offer dedicated child care and offer a safe place, staffed by certified child care professionals, to entertain the kids while mom and dad get fit.  It will give you couples who have wanted to train together, the freedom to do so.  As for all you’re friends that have said they’d love to do CrossFit but can’t because of the kids…  tell them their time has come!

The child care hours will cover our class times most popular with moms and dads.

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays:  9-10am & 5pm-7pm
  • Saturdays: 9am-10am
Two rate options:
  • $5.00 per child per visit
  • Unlimited visits per month $40 for one child, $60 for two.
More details to come…

Great workout today…And I didn’t even get to the second part! I am really enjoying this strenth phase. I can’t believe Im saying those words. I have always dreaded the strength programing at CFW because, well, I guess its HARD! And also just a little different to what Im used to doing at CF. But Im loving the second little additions added to the workouts, the little mini metcons (even tho I skipped todays). If anyone has been staying away from the gym becuase of the strength phase, GET IN THERE!!!! You will not be dissapointed.

Awesome weekend! The seminar was AWESOME! I learned a lot, but even more, I had a blast.

Congrats to all that competed this weekend!

Looks like a good one today.
