On Sunday, April 7th, Ed Bugarin will be at CrossFit Wilmington to put on another POSE running clinic. The clinic will run from 11am-4pm.

Ed is a Level III POSE Running coach and the first Level II POSE Triathlon coach. He received his POSE technique coaching training directly from Dr. Romanov, the founder and inventor of the POSE techniques.  He is formerly of the Special Operations community (retired Sergeant Major from the Army’s tier one unit) and has completed many of the world’s most demanding races, including The Eco-Challenge Borneo. For more about Ed, Click Here

If you don’t know what you’re doing wrong how can you correct your mistakes?  The clinic will provide video analysis to improve technique and provide instant feedback for correction.  It is one of the most effective methods to enhance learning.

Whether you are a runner, cyclist or a swimmer, video analysis can help you reach your potential through learning proper technique.

– Video of your current technique.
– Classroom training on the theory of Pose Method of movement.
– Analysis of your current technique to identify errors.
– Intervention Training.
– Post Intervention Video and Analysis.

The Clinic is expected to last 4-5 hours and the available spots are limited.
Cost is $125.00. This includes a CD with your pre and post videos.
Sign up and deposit of $50 are required.  Submit payment to an instructor.  Make checks to Ed Bugarin.

    Right on Emily!!! 🙂

I cant wait for the POSE running clinic, I have been in need of an adjustment on my running and as many good things I have heard about Ed’s course, im not letting this opportunity pass me by.

Emily is a natural Olympic Lifter. She is strong, has beautiful form, and she makes it look easy. Nice work Emily. Oly class girl….just saying.

Pose Running course with Ed is awesome. I learned a lot from him. If you enjoy running, take the course. He will help you out a ton.

  3. LTB says:

if you don’t really enjoy running, will Ed’s course help with that? running any distance longer than 800 (prefer 200s) is not enjoyable.

Thanks everybody! I’m STOKED! It was such a surprise to go from 105 to 135. I guess that is what putting on a little muscle will do for you!

Great work Emily! You have always had the horse power and strength and now the technique is really paying off.

Last night was the first time Emily didn’t give me a skeptical look when I told her she could increase her weight. I watched her complete yesterday’s snatch complex with 125lbs like it was nothing. I loaded a bar to 135 and she tossed it up with ease. She missed it b/c it surprised her. The second was solid. It won’t take but a little more tuning up her pulls from the floor before she’s is over the 150lbs mark. Good stuff.

Emily ins’t the only one seeing big improvements. All this oly work has you all moving so much better. If you’re a little frustrated, it’s understandable. The lifts are difficult to learn and way more difficult to master. Just remember that their benefits far exceed the costs of learning them.

The POSE clinic is very worth while no matter your distance or you love / hate of running. Either way, you will run better.
