Crush it today, CFW! The 1-2-3 style workouts are deceivingly difficult. Find the balance between pacing yourself and challenging yourself on these WODS.

Have fun with this one today guy’s!

Some of you have asked “Why should I sign up for the Crossfit Open?”. We encourage each you to participate because 1) We going to program the Open WOD’s for you to complete anyway- ha. 2) The Open taps into that “competitive” nature that we all have. It is a world wide competition. You get to see how you rank against the world, not just your friends here at CFW. 3) Out of the 100,000+ competing in the Open, very few will make it to the Regional and even less to the Games in California. If you don’t make the regional’s, so what, it’s about the opportunity to have fun and compete with your Crossfit Wilmington Family. 4) You may surprise yourself!
