2012 Crossfit Open starts in eleven days
Registration is now live for the 2012 Crossfit Open. Anybody in the world is invited to register and compete. The Open will consist of five workouts over five weeks starting February 22nd and concluding March 23rd.  The workouts are easy to complete and we will be doing them as a gym.  Sign up so you can enter your scores and see where you stack up.  There’s no pressure and it’s a lot of fun.     Second Tanner…holy crap. There were serious increases on the lifts. We had three ladies bench close to 200. That’s impressive.
