Thanks to everyone at CFW for making 2010 such a great year. t. – can you believe we will be celebrating our one year anniversary in the new gym soon! Thanks for giving us a home full of chanllenges, friends and rewards. I set goals for 2010 and hit most of them (that @#$!&!! muscle up ain’t gonna happen) and I am going to set some more for 2011. It isn’t so important what your goals are but that you set some and stay focused on them. Write them down and check your progress. Work toward something and enjoy it when you get there. But remember that the joy is in the journey and I am glad I am on this ride with you guys. 2011 is going to be a great year!

Well said Mr Scott. I am not big on resolutions, but what I do plan on changing about myself this year is to return to the gym (once the doctor approves it) and working towards my previous fitness level. I have a long journey ahead of me, but I can think of no other place, or any other people on the planet that I would face that journey with but CFW and its members. To all who read this, I wish you much happiness, health, love and success in the new year whatever your goals may be. I look forward to seeing you all in the box and training with you in the near future. Life is an adventure, enjoy every moment of it and learn from every moment! Happy New Year everyone!

To all a New Year of many Blessings. I need not make a resolution this year because I continue to meet and exceed mine from two years ago. No doubt without CFW this would not have been possible. It is the base of my pyramid for friendship, leadership, discipline, learning, growth, and mentors. I love my CFW Family. No matter where I travel to or how long I am away, I always feel like I am home. Thank you t. and Julie and all of the wonderful staff. Dawn and Clair you will be missed. ( Dawn I still here your cues when I lift)
