Goal Food – Eating For Purpose

Join us this evening at 6pm for a seminar on planning and eating for the results you want.  The seminar will cover the basics of healthy eating and how to taylor that healthy template for the most popular fitness goals: weight loss, general performance (CrossFit), strength, and endurance.  We will also showcase the BioSignature method…  three lucky volunteers will get an initial BioSig consult.  We will also have free samples of some of the top performance, sleep, and pre-workout supplements.  If you are in the gym and killing it daily, but are not getting the fast results you thought you would, it is your diet.  It cannot be anything else.  Attend Goal Food and learn to plan your results.
