Fearless!  Amy A. hits a 47″ Box Jump
Some folks will be tempted to detract from this jump because Amy took steps to gain forward momentum.  Resist the urge.  It’s awesome to a get the nerve to jump onto a box that is chest high to her.  Get some Amy!

Back Squat – Work up to a heavy single
Weighted Knees to Elbows  5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5

Weightlifting – Class at 6am
Snatch – 1 rep Max
Back Squat – Heavy Single

Great jump!! I personally wouldn’t even consider that step Amy took as forward momentum. It’s a jump that anyone should be proud of.

    Dear my fellow CFW,

Please don’t disown us, we worked out at gold’s gym tonight. It is so different than working out at the box. I don’t think we will ever find a place like ours.

Hope everyone is doing good. We miss everyone!!!! 🙂

    P.S. Amy awesome jump girl!!!!

@Maria ….. This was the site I was talking about.this morning…. http://www.health-bent.com/category/proteins/chickenfowl We did the Orange Chicken last night and it was crazy delish over cauliflower rice. I swear it fells like your cheating. ( they don’t tell you to, but cook the sauce all the way down at the end, so the the chicken gets sticky) … the Fajitas were very good as well. (but they are not paleo perfect in my eyes)

There does appear to be some \my paleo is better than your paleo\ nonsense, but their recopies have been good.

I hate I missed the oly class this morning. I’m sure you guys killed it!

Amy, you rule! I am so impressed with that jump. And jealous. Clair and Dawn, you better get on opening your own box!
    Here is an announcement:
Discussion group forming soon. Discussing using nutrition to combat MS and other autoimmune issues. People who are doing it, family members, people who want to be better. No whiners. This is not a support group. I don’t want to hear one word about your SSI. First meeting mid February. Success oriented. I’ll post more as details become available.

  7. Sensei says:

Yes, Please keep us posted. I have a parent of one of my students. as well as a group of MS folks that I taught some seminars to that I think should be involved with what you are planning.
