This is Albert at the beach workout. While it appears he's kicking his partner and laughing all the while, we think he's really just extending a hand to help him up. Either way, Albert has lost over 50lbs in his 5 months at CrossFit Wilmington. He eats as we recommend and puts in the days at the gym. Congratulations Albert! Thanks for letting CFW be part of your life change.

One Arm Bent Over DB (or KB) Row  8-8-8-8-8 at (2/0/1/1)
DB (or KB) Lateral Raise 8-8-8-8-8 at (3/0/1/2)

    Thanks T, Caleb, and Josh. Been a great 5 months @CFW. I would say that your 6 month challenge is right on about seeing meaningful results but, i have those now. I am excited about keeping this new lifestyle and working towards a new me. I know I have a lot of work left to do and probably 25 pounds to go but, I am looking forward to everyday of it. 🙂

    Can’t tell you guys how cool everyone at CFW is. Never been apart of a group that is so accepting and encouraging (even to us fatties) as the CFW members have been. Just a great group of staff and members that make it all the better for starting out my days and on Wednesday’s now finishing out my afternoons. 🙂

    I keep hearing about how great these 6am guys are. So on Tuesday I went early and there were about 20 of them doing the WOD. Its like a cult that only works out in the dark! And Albert was leading the way. We are proud of you and I look forward to doing a WOD with you soon Albert.

    Albert, congratulations! I linked today’s post on my site because I love the inspirational ones. I lost a lot of weight and got strong here too. I know and love the warm fuzzy you’re feeling right now. CFW is a kick ass place! I’d say let’s do a WOD together, but I still modify everything down to an embarrassing level.
