    That was a great WOD, Caleb. I really liked the short sprints. Even though I appear to be just jogging. 😉 I need a paleo success story for my next discussion group hand out. I am looking for someone who has conquered pain, depression, fatigue or all 3. If you have one or know someone like that, submit the story to me via email with the subject line ‘success story’. I’ve heard plenty of them out there, but I am using them to inspire others and I need some documentation. Considering the personal nature of pain, depression and fatigue I will use the utmost discretion when it comes to your privacy.
