Power Lifting Seminar
21 April: Will Keunzel returns to CFW to host a powerlifting seminar.  9am.

Ronnie P. worked on his snatch yesterday. In the first picture he is pulling the bar far too high, so we adjusted accordingly. In the subsequent two attempts he gets more power out of his second pull and does not pull as high. He is still not quite reaching full extension in the second pull but made great improvements in just 3 lifts.


Come join CFW on Wrightsville Beach at the Oceanic Pier at 9 am for our second annual Easter Egg Beach WOD! Participants will be divided into teams which will correspond to a particular egg color. Each team must find all of their eggs then open them one at a time performing the exercises found inside.  The first team to find all of their eggs and complete all of their exercises is the winner. CFW members, friends and family are welcome to attend.

Meagan will be hosting a kid’s class at the beach at the same time as our workout; bring your kids for a fun workout as well.

CFW will be closed today and tomorrow for the Easter holiday.
The Oly class will still meet at 10 am
