There are no slow lifts.  The Squat, Deadlift, and Press are still done with speed.  Obviously, the heavier the weight gets, the slower you move.  However, you still have to think speed out of the bottom and gain momentum to drive through the “sticking” points of the lifts.

Greg and Meagan lead a packed 4 o'clock class yesterday afternoon. It appears we've all shaken off the holiday's lulls. With the attendance, so has the energy gone through the roof. Keep it up CFW!
