    No worries Albert! The last thing you want to tweak is your back doing a deadlift, that will put you on the sideline for awhile. As Tony likes to say, “there’s a difference between training hard and being a retard.” or something like that.

    On another note, I bought my son a CFW sweatshirt for Christmas and unfortunately it is too small. It’s a size “small” and if anyone is interested in buying it, it’s yours. I’ll sell it for whatever it cost me which I think was $30 (Josh can either confirm or deny that). Let me know if you’re interested.
