5 Week Olympic Weightlifting Course Begins Tomorrow
CFW will begin a 5 week Olympic Lifting Course on Saturday, July 14. The course will cover the basics of the snatch and clean and jerk and technique work on each lift. Participants will also receive personalized programming to address their specific weaknesses. Classes will meet on Saturdays at 11 am and Wednesdays at 7 pm. Cost is $150 and sign ups are on the board in the lobby.

Custom Fit Meals is a locally owned and operated company that prepares and delivers fresh meals each week.  They take the guess work out of eating Paleo and have a pick up location right here at CFW. You can order from 5 to 40 meals per week and pick them up at the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays.     If you can farmer’s carry some dumbbells that would probably be the closest in terms of stimulus. A quick 50 meter row with the damper on 10 wouldn’t be bad either.

    What’s up Crossfit Wilmy?! Nice to drop in on you guys again–coming from Crossfit Local in Chapel Hill. Good energy in your gym. I love it! I hadn’t tested my bench press 1-RM in a hot minute so I went for it. Got up to 115# (a PR), then went for 125# and got that too! I felt a lot stronger with the setup that Tanner taught. Thanks bro! We miss you at Local. Too bad you disappeared like an albino gorilla in the mist before I could say goodbye.
