2012 Crossfit Open
Registration is now live for the 2012 Crossfit Open. Anybody in the World is invited to register and compete. The Open will consist of five workouts over five weeks staring February 22nd and concluding March 23rd.  The workouts are easy to complete and we will be doing them as a gym.  Sign up so you can enter your scores and see where you stack up.  There’s no pressure and it’s a lot of fun. Our Kids Class has grown over the last month from just a few “little monsters” to a fairly big group led by CFW Instructors Megan and Rachel.







Team WODs are always a blast! It’s also a great way to meet and train with those other Crossfitters you might not see during the weekdays.

Crossfit Wilmington has a reputation of being one of the best overall Crossfits hands down when it comes to producing athletes for the Crossfit Games. This year will be no different as we have many past representatives and some new faces preparing for the 2012 Crossfit Games Season!

    Anyone know how to catch up with Big Ben? (Seal guy) I told him id help out with the mud run and never seem to coincide with him at the gym anymore…. Not tryin to back out
