Tower CrossFit (at the Wilmington Athletic Club) has invited us to a WOD at their pool.

We’re running it from 3pm-5pm… come as you can.

Pool WOD:  For time…
95lbs/65lbs
30 Thrusters
Swim 50 meters (1 lap)
30 Squat Cleans
Swim 50 meters
30 Bar chest to overhead
Swim 50 meters
30 SDHP
Swim 50 Meters
30 Front Squats OR 15 Overhead Squats
Swim 50 meters

    SO I just saw this AMAZING infomercial for this thing called ZUMBA!!!! All I want to know is when are we going to start having CFW ZUMBA classes!!!! I think we should actually put a CFW spin on it and at the SHAKE WEIGHT!!!!! I think I am onto something here……hahaha!!! WOO HOO cant wait for the POOL WOD today!!!!

    Yeah… no air. I’d probably err on the side of safety and say it’s best we don’t play with crossovers in the workout. Ha.
