I think the big question for Emily is that now that she won this wonderful prize, does she take Josh?

Good luck to everyone going to compete this weekend. Your hard work WILL pay off. You guys and gals have been kicking ass this year and no team or individual will stand in your way. Remember there is a reason yall are there because your the best and because you have worked harder than anyone else.

I heard a great coach once say to his team the three P’s
We have a real passion for what we do. We practice hard we play hard b/c of our passion. We love the highs and when the lows hit its our passion that pushes us further.
Our poise allows us to keep our head when things go wrong. Our poise allows us not to get rattled and to continue to our ultimate goal.
Purpose…we have but one purpose…WIN…we know what we want and nothing will derail us from it.

First, thank you to all those who supported us through the raffle. It means a lot to know that we have such a caring group of people rooting for us this weekend. We will bring back a victory for you all!

Can we take Joe with us for motivational speeches? Brings me back to my high school football days.

  8. Cullen says:

Sweet, I won something!!! My kids will be stoked.

To all of those competing this weekend – JUST GO OUT AND DO WHAT YOU DO! You’re all bad ass and a collection of incredible athletes. Not that CFW needs anything else to validate the brand but I’ve got a feeling that after this weekend, the brand will receive global recognition. I wish I could be there to see the action first hand but I’ll be running a 72 hour AMRAP this weekend on my computer – Refresh clicks w/ my index finger… I’ll make sure I loosen up my digit prior to starting.

Good luck all. 3, 2, 1, GO KICK SOME ASS!!!!!!!

  9. Albert Steed says:
