Thanks Lisbeth.
Actually, it’s 420!  We picked up over 25 new members in the last few weeks and were too busy to keep track. This year alone we have introduced 167 New Members into Crossfit Wilmington. We wish to extend a big thank you to all of Crossfit Wilmington’s members for supporting our efforts.  You invite your friends, family, coworkers, neighbors, and even random folks you meet to join you for a workout.  They become members and then invite all their friends, family, and…  you get it.  It is those referrals that have fueled the growth of Wilmington’s original CrossFit and made it one of the most successful in the world.

As we grow, we will continue to provide the highest quality training CrossFit Wilmington is know for.  We’ve increased our instructor staff to 38, insuring our student to instructor ration remains high.  We are adding classes to the schedule next month and purchasing and fabricating new equipment all the time.
Thank you again from all the CFW staff and myself,

Congratulations to Tony and the team for building a world class business from the ground up. We are humbled to know you, humbled to be part of the family, and as always, we are thrilled with the results. I never would have thought that I would continue to get stronger as I got older, but at 40 years old, there is no end in sight to the gains, or the fun.

I agree with all the sentiments from the video, I love it when Elizabeth said she’s getting younger. I feel that way too. I hold CFW in my heart because they gave me the skills to rid myself of a disease, Multiple Sclerosis. I started here in 2009 a size 14/16 with legs that didn’t really work and various other MS symptoms including blindness (severe optic neuritis). I adopted the paleo diet and followed the programming at CFW as best I could and lo and behold, all my MS symptoms went away and haven’t returned in over 18 months. Another thing that hasn’t returned is my obesity, I got down to a size 4 in under 6 months after starting here and remain that size (maybe I’m a 6 now…) to this day. I credit CFW as the reason for all the improvement and I am forever greatful. Thank you to all the world class instructors who have been so patient with me, especially Josh and Tony who are incredible human beings. And thanks most of all to my sister Taylor who bought me that first month for Christmas. I literally owe you my quality of life. Welcome to all the new members, and congratulations on making an excellent life choice by joining this box.

Great video everyone! It gets me pumped up to work out today, it also gets me pumped up to remember why we all come here, what an awesome place this is!! When you love something, you want to share it with everyone; you want everyone to be crazy into it and all over it, just like you. It makes me so happy to see new people getting hooked on CFW and having it change their lives. The best thing that ever happened was to have my sister Whitney totally fall for our gym. I love sharing my love for this place! THank you CFW 🙂

All of us have difficulty putting into words what CFW means to us. But I do know that the attitude we all love permeates the entire gym and comes from the top. Characteristically, our fearless leader (t.!) isn’t on the video but drives us all to excellence and sets the tone. Josh forever encourages us and we all celebrate the personal accomplishments of others in the gym. One of the purposes of life is to be part of a positive community, and we found it at CFW!

I can’t say enough how much the work that we are all a part of at CFW impresses me. daily. and how much it’s changed my life for the better!

December 16th 7pm till? Let’s say 830 but we will work on what needs to be worked on and really give our ladies the simple tools to evade, escape, protect and offend if necessary!

$40 per person and we’ll cap the attendance at 15 to keep the instruction personal and effective.

If you missed the last one. GET IN ON THIS ONE!

I’ve already got 4 signed up, so email me or call me!
